SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopped at www.eubiq.com.my.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Exaltech is entitled at its sole discretion at any time from time to time to appoint any third party (“delivery provider” which definition may include any Product supplier or its authorized personnel) to deliver a Product to you without giving notice of the same. For certain Products that require installation, installation of the Product will be carried out upon delivery. You are advised to check with our Sales Support personnel on Products that require installation (applicable to Klang Valley areas only).

Any request for deliveries after the Delivery Hours is subject to the discretion of Exaltech and additional charges may apply. You are advised to contact Exaltech’s Toll Free Number should you wish to have your delivery conducted on a specific delivery date and time at the time of placing an Order subject to the Delivery Hours of the delivery provider.

However if you intended to have someone on your behalf or authorize a third party to receive delivery of the Product ordered and shall if requested by Exaltech or the delivery provider; provide an authorization letter to the delivery provider at the point of delivery for identification and verification purposes.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders will be processing within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Please allow additional processing

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Subject to the terms herein, any Order placed before 5.00pm on a delivery provider Business Day will be subject to the following delivery periods (which may be revised by Exaltech at any time from time to time at its discretion):

  1. For deliveries within city areas in Peninsular Malaysia, Products will be delivered between 4 to 7 Business Days.
  2. For deliveries to and within city areas in Sabah and Sarawak, Products will be delivered within 5 to 10 Business Days.
  3. For deliveries to and within areas outside city areas nationwide, Products will be delivered between 7 to 14 Business Days.

On the other hand for Orders made after 5.00pm shall be considered as Orders which are placed on the following Business Day. Notwithstanding the above, delivery periods may vary for Products that consist of bulky items and/or that which require installation. You are advised to check THE SITE or call the toll free number and speak with our Sales Support Personnel for further details.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  For bulky purchases, your order will be calculated using dimensional (or volumetric) weight to compare with the actual weight of the shipment to find out which is greater. The greater weight is used to determine your shipping cost. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length x width x height of a package and divided by a dimensional factor of 5000.

Dimensional weight (kg) = [Length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)] / 5000cm

Exaltech will only accept orders of the Product(s) to delivery addresses within Malaysia regions (which may be revised from time to time by Exaltech at its discretion). As to the address specified by you in an Order, you are advised to check at the point of placing an Order on the designated delivery areas and Exaltech shall be entitled to reject any delivery which is not within the designated delivery areas. Delivery to P.O.Box addresses is strictly not allowed.Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  If you have not received your tracking order within 3 working days, please contact our Sales Support or email us at [email protected].

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Exaltech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are at your responsibilities (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Loss

Exaltech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to you at the time of delivery or if you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the Products at the time when Exaltech or the delivery provider has tendered delivery of the Products. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Products, the property in the Products shall not pass to you until Exaltech has received payment in full of the price of the Products in an Order.

If you received your order damaged, please contact our Sales Support to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

To the extent permitted by law, Exaltech shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or upon passing of risk to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not deliver outside of Malaysia region.
